DAMAGED OR INCORRECT CERTIFICATE RePLACEMENT Policy

Even though we use a hardboard envelope and mark the outside "Do Not Bend", damage does occur occasionally.

When replacement for a damaged certificate is necessary:

     • Please take a picture of the certificate / envelope

     • Email to orders@officialframes.com

     • Once we receive the email and view the photo, we will reprint and resend.
